We take the protection of your data seriously. Processing carried out on this site complies with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and the French Data Protection Act (loi Informatique et Libertés).

What data, and why. We collect only the data you choose to send us:

• through the contact form, found on every page of the site (first name, last name, email address, an optional phone number and your message), to answer your request and prepare a quote;
• through the piste-map download form (first name, email address, language), to send you the document requested and, if you expressly agree, our snow news for the season.

None of this data is sold or passed on to third parties for commercial purposes.

The newsletter. Below the contact form, a separate box lets you sign up for our newsletter, with snow conditions and the season's offers. The box is unticked by default. If you tick it, we send you a confirmation email in your language. Your address is added to the newsletter only after you click the link in that email (double opt-in). The confirmation email and the newsletter are sent by "PowderWeGo Val d'Isère" from news@powderwego.com, through Brevo (see below). You can unsubscribe at any time.

Legal basis. Processing is based on your consent (the dedicated box for the newsletter) and on pre-contractual steps taken at your request (answering a quote request).

Recipients. Messages sent through the contact form are received in a Gmail (Google) mailbox. Our newsletter and our contact lists are managed with Brevo (formerly Sendinblue), a French company that acts as a processor under the GDPR and hosts data in the European Union.

Retention period. Data from contact requests is kept for three years after our last exchange. Data linked to the newsletter is kept until you unsubscribe.

Your rights. You have the right of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, objection and portability regarding your data, as well as the right to set instructions on what happens to it after your death. You may withdraw your consent at any time.
